Each year Doner Advertising creates a beautiful and engaging poster to promote the Detroit Kennel Club shows. A representative dog from one of the seven groups is featured. On the 2008 poster, you will find a friendly Bulldog from the non-sporting group saying hello. Last year's poster featured a Cardigan Welsh Corgi puppy, a member of the Herding Group. In 2006, the poster featured a Cavalier King Charles Spaniel and her pup gazing out the window, representing the Toy Group. In 2005, the delightful and energetic Norfolk Terrier was pictured begging to be taken for a walk. In 2004, the Golden Retriever from the Sporting Group looked out from an open car window. And in 2003, a friendly Newfoundland from the Working Group looked over the fence to greet you. There will be posters for sale near the Information Booth at this year's shows; the proceeds from the sales help sponsor the Children's Hospital of Michigan Therapy Dog Program. Posters from past years will be available as well. The DKC posters are quickly becoming collectors' items, so make sure you pick up one for your favorite non-sporting fancier at the 2008 Detroit Kennel Club shows.

The posters will be mailed out AFTER the shows in March.
